Social Enterprise Institute

The Social Enterprise Institute is an opportunity for social entrepreneurs to meet with a select group of social, foundation and business innovators to discuss and create high-potential partnerships to address social entrepreneurial sector growth and challenges.

Industry expert panelists and established social entrepreneurs will share leading practices in social entrepreneurism. Funders (both nonprofit and for-profit) with a high interest in social enterprise will participate in all sessions.

The Best Practices Lunch Series is an excellent opportunity for you to share Best Practices and network with industry leaders and fellow social entrepreneurs. International Gateway

Social Fusion's International Gateway program provides international social ventures with access to U.S. networks and development resources. Ventures that join the International Gateway will gain the knowledge, networks, and tools to bridge global divides and create financially viable social impact.

Participants gain access to the key services areas of WTC's Social Fusion incubator program: facilitated access to capital; knowledge; business assessment; and coaching services

Springboard: Silicon Valley 2004

Co-hosted by the Women's Technology Cluster and Springboard Enterprises, "Springboard: Silicon Valley 2004" will take place June 24, 2004 in the Bay Area.

Springboard: Silicon Valley 2004 will feature the next generation of emerging-growth businesses and social ventures, primarily in the technology, software, Internet, telecommunications and life sciences industries, from the West Coast region. The Forum will showcase 20 of the most talented women entrepreneurs to an audience of the area's top corporate, angel, and venture investors.
